Submitting a Maintenance Request

All non-emergency maintenance requests must be submitted through your Tenant Portal.

Please log in to your portal to provide detailed information about the issue, so our team can properly track and address it as quickly as possible.

If this is a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.

What Is Considered an Emergency?

Examples include:

  • Active water leaks or flooding

  • No heat during freezing temperatures

  • Electrical hazards (sparking outlets, burning smells)

  • Sewage backups

  • Fire or major structural damage

Important Notice

Residents are responsible for any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to report an issue in a timely manner.

Repairs required due to tenant-caused damage — including plumbing clogs, improper appliance use, or preventable damage — will be completed, and the cost of labor and materials will be billed to the resident.
