Emma Tucker
Meet Emma
Assistant Property Manager
Emma is a dedicated student at the University of Georgia, pursuing a degree in Housing Management and Policy. Since arriving in Athens over two and a half years ago, Emma has been an essential part of the Classic City Real Estate team. She started as an intern and quickly worked her way up by diving into every aspect of the business. Now serving as our Assistant Property Manager, Emma plays a vital role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and on the ground.
At Classic City, Emma wears many hats—from tenant relations and move-in/move-out inspections to vendor coordination, leasing tours, marketing, social media management, rent collection, and more. She’s especially known for her warm approach, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed. Emma’s love for learning every corner of the property management world makes her a dynamic and valued member of our team. She often says her favorite part of the job is the close-knit, supportive work environment and the way her role is shaped to align with her personal and professional goals.
Outside of work, Emma stays just as busy. She’s a student member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), a participant in the Housing Opportunities for University Student Enhancement (H.O.U.S.E) program, and plays on UGA’s Club Ultimate Frisbee team. A big believer in living life to the fullest, Emma is also an avid runner, sports enthusiast, and outdoor lover who enjoys traveling, volunteering, and spreading positivity wherever she goes.
With her passion for real estate, commitment to community, and goal of one day contributing to land development and affordable housing in Atlanta, Emma is a rising professional—and someone we’re proud to have on our team.
